✶ How long does it take to receive my order?
Every piece is handmade with care, just for you. Orders usually take6-8 weeks if made to order, and are shipped via Canada Post. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
If you're in a rush or have a deadline, email me before ordering and I’ll do my best to help.
✶ What materials do you use?
All pieces are made with high-quality stainless steel, chosen for its durability, tarnish resistance, and hypoallergenic properties. No cheap coatings, no flaking — just metal that lasts.
Some one-of-a-kind pieces may include additional elements like natural stones or handmade charms. Details are always listed in the product descriptions.
✶ What’s your return policy?
Due to the handmade nature of my work, all sales are final. But if there’s an issue with your order (damaged during shipping, wrong item, etc.), email me within 7 days of receiving it, and I’ll make it right.

✶ Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Faithless Forge ships worldwide. International delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 2–4 weeks once shipped. Please note: customs fees or import duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

Store your pieces in a dry place when not in use.Clean with a soft cloth if needed — no harsh chemicals.Avoid rough handling or bending, especially for delicate chains or handmade charms.
Treat your piece like a talisman — worn with power, kept with care.
